Ref soyoil prices ended with losses tracking weakness in spot demand amid profit booking.
The country is expected to import 15.7 million tonnes of edible oil accounting for 70 per cent of annual edible requirement of 21 mt in the oil year.
The country's vegetable oil imports will rise 19 per cent to 14 million tonnes this marketing year ending October 30.
